Through each role I have held at inlumi, I have been surrounded by a team which is always supportive and has helped me grow into the person I am today. inlumi Research Hub (iRH) is a team of boots-on-the-ground consultants who are curious and intrigued by what they observe in the world. Every half year, iRH produces Enabling Decisions, a magazine which aims to support today’s finance function in enabling accurate and transparent decision-making processes, considering all aspects of the business – from technology adoption to talent management.

What are the roles you offer at inlumi?
inlumi offers a range of roles. As a management consultancy company, we are always keen to speak with consultants who have a strong accountancy or finance background coupled with a love of technology. However, we are also looking for Business Developers, Marketers, Network and Systems Engineers, and Support staff. You can find out more about our service offering here.
Can I work internationally?
The majority of your work will be based in your home country. However, there are opportunities to collaborate with our global workforce if you are interested in working with team members from other locations in Utrecht, Stockholm, London, Stockport, Oslo, Copenhagen, Malaga or Helsinki.
Do I need to be a graduate?
inlumi believes that you do not need to have a degree to be successful in your chosen career. Instead, a passion to be the best at what you do and to continually want to learn and develop are what will ultimately help you achieve your goals.

What can I expect from the interview process at inlumi?
We hope you have an enjoyable experience. inlumi’s interviews are very much about us getting to know you and you getting to know us. You will have the opportunity to speak with our Talent Acquisition Manager and meet with various colleagues and your future line manager. Our interviews are structured in a way that allow you to engage with us in the best way for you but also will explore in depth your skill level for the role, your values and your behaviours.
