We chose inlumi as our support partner because of their very strong reputation in the Hyperion community – the people there have many years of knowledge working with the Hyperion products. They played a key role in the technical setup and performance testing of our HFM 11.1.2.4 system during the implementation project. Post go-live they provide ad hoc support for technical issues as they arise, and they also carry out regular maintenance activities. In particular, they install the PSU updates for the Hyperion products, and critical patch updates for the related software. All work is carried out with a high level of expertise and in a timely manner. Many of the issues that we raise are of a very technical and complex nature and their deep knowledge of the products allows them to provide thorough responses. We also find their support portal very easy to use and updates can be provided flexibly via a number of channels.
