Virtual round table
Thursday 9 March, 18:00 – 19:30 GMT
Manufacturers face increasing complexity through mergers and acquisitions, supply chain disruptions and market uncertainty. Reliance on spreadsheets and legacy applications for Finance processes pose significant risk. Instead, future-focused businesses are unifying financial consolidation, reporting, planning and analytics through platform technology. We will be exploring how complex organisations can deploy resources much more efficiently and add real, strategic value through technology.
Core discussion points:
- Sharing best practice for unifying finance and operations
- How are you achieving data quality and business insight?
- What tools do you need to support growth and evolving FP&A requirements?
In collaboration with OneStream.
I am passionate about manufacturing and its role for the future of the global economy, especially in these extraordinary and febrile times, where, coming through Covid-19, manufacturing has to be the backbone on which a gradual return to economic normality is built. I have been an MD of the Hennik Group, publishers of The Manufacturer, for 14 years, and am thoroughly immersed in the sector, understand the issues and the manufacturing and support landscape.
Gatherings such as these will enable the sharing of best practice and war stories, enable collaboration and assist in this recovery phase.
